Booking Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance. 

Cancellation Policies:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or no-shows, will be charged the first night.

Payment and Deposit

Room Only rate: book now, pay at the hotel.
Room with Breakfast rate: a deposit of one night is required to secure your booking.

Children and Extra Guests

Children stay free when using existing beds.
Extra adult: USD 30 per night.

House Rules

All apartments are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
A valid passport or national ID card is required for every guest at check-in.

Long Stay (1 month or more)

Monthly rates are available. Electricity is charged separately based on usage. Please contact us for details.
